By using VA Pay Chart, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Informational service

VA Pay Chart provides free calculators, compensation-rate tables, payment-date references, and educational content about U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs disability benefits.

The site is privately operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency.

Estimates are not official decisions

Calculator results are planning estimates, not legal, financial, medical, or claims advice. They do not establish eligibility, an effective date, a disability rating, a payment amount, or an entitlement to benefits. VA regulations contain exceptions and fact-specific rules that a general calculator cannot fully model.

Official statutes, regulations, VA notices, and your individual VA decision control if they conflict with this site.

No accounts or payments

VA Pay Chart does not currently offer public user accounts, subscriptions, paid plans, or checkout. A page or message claiming to sell VA Pay Chart credits, projects, or software plans is not an authorized offer.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful personal, educational, and research purposes. You may not:

• attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access;
• interfere with the availability or integrity of the site;
• use automated traffic in a way that degrades service for others;
• introduce malware or harmful code; or
• misrepresent this site as an official VA or government service.

Sources and corrections

We aim to trace benefit figures and calculation rules to primary government sources and to show when material was last reviewed. Transcription, interpretation, software, and source errors can still occur. Please report a suspected error to hello@vapaychart.com with the page URL and the source you believe controls.

Availability

We may correct, update, suspend, or remove content and tools without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will remain available.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VA Pay Chart and its operators are not responsible for losses caused by relying on an estimate instead of an official VA decision or qualified professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Links to government and third-party websites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites or their availability, content, or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective version is the one published here with the current “Last updated” date.
